Hence, the personal data of our current and/or potential customers, employees, volunteers, suppliers and any third parties related to SAPORITi GROUP will be treated confidentially.
Therefore, SAPORITI publishes the following Privacy Policy for you to be informed of the procedures through which we collect, use, disclose, store and protect your personal data.
SAPORITI GROUP is committed to protect your personal data through the highest legal, technological and administrative security standards while observing the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility established by the aforementioned Act.

2) Suppliers and third parties: for the specific purposes listed in each Agreement or Contract, or for the purposes emerged from the business relationship.

(i) Personal data needed for the creation, maintenance and compliance of the legal relation that may exist you and SAPORITI GROUP.
Name, address, date of birth, telephone number, mobile phone number, fax, email address, legal address, invoicing data, bank account information, economic activity, occupation.
(ii) Personal data which is NOT necessary for the creation, maintenance and compliance of the legal relation that may exist between you and SAPORITI GROUP, and consequently shall not be requested.
Ethnic origin, health condition, genetic information, religion, philosophical belief, moral values, Trade Union affiliation, political ideology, sexual preferences.
SAPORITI GROUP will not share you personal data with any external third party without your prior consent (unless required by law). If you grant you consent, SAPORITI GROUP shall inform the recipients of your personal data this Privacy Statement and the aforementioned purposes there of.
SAPORITI GROUP has adopted and will continue to use the necessary security, administrative, physical, and technical measures and technologies to protect your Personal Data from any damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment. The request form must contain the following information:

(ii) Personal data which is NOT necessary for the creation, maintenance and compliance of the legal relation that may exist between you and SAPORITI GROUP, and consequently shall not be requested. Ethnic origin, health condition, genetic information, religion, philosophical belief, moral values, Trade Union affiliation, political ideology, sexual preferences.
SAPORITI GROUP will not share you personal data with external parties without your prior consent (unless required by law). If you give Consent, SAPORITI GROUP shall inform the recipients of your Personal Data the purposes of processing your Personal Data and this Privacy Policy.

The response to your request will be informed in a maximum period of 15 days as of the day the request was received.
